Once your dancer has completed our audition process and received an acceptance they will be expected to participate in required classes, competitions, and conventions. They will also be expected to attend a designated amount of weekly training hours and commitments throughout the year.

  • teen/ advanced Company

    6 HOUR MINIMUM

Training Season: August 2023 - JUNE 2024


Competition season: Febuary 2024 - April 2024

As a company member, it is required that your dancer fulfill their full training season and attend all of the scheduled competitions.

conventions

Exclusively for the 2023-2024 season, company dancers will have the option of attending a convention. For our 2024-2025 season, three conventions will be available to dancers. Dancers can choose one of those three for their mandatory convention fulfillment.

In - studio summer Intensive

Dancers will be required to participate in a 5-day, in studio, summer intensive. This intensive is an extension of Courtney OM’s established OM GROWN DANCERS Summer Intensive Program. Classes will run daily from 8am-3pm and include a multitude of guest teachers and a variety of class styles.
